Woohoo..pas
s my exams~
I passed my exams!!! Shocking. Haha. Was so worried about my stats and ibm..especially stats. And amazingly, my stats got higher than my ibm. I remembered there were a number of questions that I didn't attempt at all (And i really mean leaving it blank..didn't write anything) cos I have no idea how to do and there wasn't enough time!. So how did I pass? Anyway..still very happy that i pass. As for ibm, expected lah. HaHa. I knew I won't be doing quite well for ibm cos i was craping my way through and dumping examples that I don't even know whether they were relevant. Heng ar..can pass by like 4 marks. LoL. Borderline pass.
Sian lah. Less than 10 days to school reopen. And I don't like my timetable. I don't mind lessons at 8.30am but I mind lessons at 3.30pm. So late!! Which means, it will end at 6.30pm. Freaking peak hour. Also, reaching home at like 8pm or even later. TMD, somemore there are 2 modules which are in the late afternoon. Argh..

Campaigns and bias
This entry has nothing to do with anything seen on Hardball or The OReilly Factor.
When I refer to *campaign* I am specifically thinking of my seemingly futile call to banish the instant replay in professional sports. Not for viewers - but for the refs.
I am not a sports fanatic, but now and again, (like, in the playoffs, or if a team I care about is playing) I do enjoy some football or baseball. Even hockey (Flyers!)
But these games drag on long enough as it is. I do enjoy some of the technology that has been implemented in sports broadcasting - like the yellow line for the down markers in football. Those are helpful.
But stopping a game and crushing any element of momentum in order to watch video because a coach doesnt trust the call of a professionally-trained referee...well, that just ruins it for me. Bias or not, a real player goes with it and tries harder if they have to - not whine and complain about a *bad call.*
